3. Workshop on Self Defence for Girls

Age Group: 8 – 17 years & above (Girls)

In Today’s times, Women are considered on par with men on all the aspects. However, still security-wise they are very vulnerable. Hence learning self-defence techniques has become a necessity more than ever.

This program aims to empower our children to identify potential danger, act with confidence, independence to get to safety, and if necessary know how to physically protect themselves.

  • A unique combination of theory & practical aspects of self defence
  • Create awareness, Dos and Don’t’s & share learning from a variety cases
